When You’re Two

When you’re two, you’re still learning about things. You’re still kind of learning to walk. It’s nice to hang onto your daddy’s hand. Then you know you won’t fall down. Sometimes you can use a little help, you see.

Even my big sister gets tired of walking. She asks Daddy to carry her. When we were at the nature park, she fell asleep in Daddy’s arms. He carried her down the long path.

Did you know that sometimes I walk all by myself?

Daddy says he’s so proud of me. He took a picture of me on his phone. That way, all his friends can see that I’m a big boy now.

I’m almost grown up.

Daddy gets tired from helping me and my sister walk on all the paths and places. He rests while we watch movies. But don’t worry. He always wakes up if we need him.

How about you? Who helps you “walk” down the long and winding paths of life?

Linking up with a song-inspired party, Song-ography, where the theme this week is “I Would Walk 500 Miles.”

They sure tired daddy out, didn’t they? Love the photo with the hands in the pocket. The concentration and the challenge of walking along the strip of wood. He looks like such a little man in that shot! Adorable!

Your kids are both just adorable, and your little guy is so cute with his daddy holding his hand.
